To have an Art Gallery is my lifelong dream<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

NelleArt Gallery, that was so ordinary to hear, no special coined word, no pun, nothing fancy. I just like to start now, I don’t have to overthink anymore. It has been my aspiration since I realized I can paint. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I gave up on it for a time, life had been so demanding. I have no time to imagine, to say the least.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But life also taught me that dreams are made to be realized. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have to believe that someday this will be a reality. A dream where I can just sit all day and paint without worries brought upon by life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And this is why I included this section on my website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It took me so long to realize what I have to focus on, I have been starting over so many times that sometimes I feel shame, no less. I think this is because I wanted to perfect it. And we all know it, life is not ever going to be perfect. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is me breaking my bondage with perfection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is me taking one of the many steps I can make things happen as I imagine it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Life’s too short to just spend it with regrets. So here, I’m diving in. Virtually. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

An hour of painting, sipping wine and having fun with my college best friend. I chose this Van Gogh Painting to “recreate” in 40mins. The colors are my favorite, and the movement in the painting is so compelling, I cannot help but humbly work my hands on it. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Art should be hanged in a Gallery<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Art is my way of expressing my emotions. I am a child with a wandering mind. I would just sit by the window sill and look at the moving clouds and my day is already made. Because of this, just like a library of books, I imagined myself having my own Art Gallery <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My creativity and my deep-seated memories can be very well seen in it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I always take my time though; I’m not procrastinating it’s just how it is. I’m not rushing myself when it comes to this craft. When I feel compelled to draw, then I cannot stop myself. I draw in my mind even; it just calls me, and it is not something to wait when it happens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whenever I paint, I am just oblivious to anything else around me, and that makes me fail to remember while lost in my craft. I want to at least be able to look back at that exact time and day, because every artwork is made differently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Mistake I’m going to stop doing<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

With all the realizations I had in the past, I am now bent to create and document. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To keep my art creations documented, is not easy because … artists would know that it kills the moment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But I never bothered to document. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To remember and be remembered<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

That was a shame. Because after “life happened’ to me, I became lost when I wanted to get back on it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I remembered one time, I was asking myself, what am I here for? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And all I see is me painting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you hear me convincing myself here? YES it was like that<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To document everything I do now, admittedly, is because I’m finding it hard to <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now that I am open to documenting, then it is only inevitable that soon I will choose to share it. Art is so beautiful not to share, really. Since art is differently viewed by every individual, this is actually a wonderful idea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the past, I have a lot of sketches that I was not able to save. I either had it done on a napkin while eating at a fast food waiting for my companions, or while I was just sitting by a bus window while stuck on a traffic, or just gazing on nothing. There were times I would even draw with my fingers on air or water. I guess you can call me spontaneous artist. The years I’ve lost what I’ve made by leaving them where I’ve drawn a piece without pictures taken at times (since camera phone isn’t yet a thing way back), or I have given it to some random stranger or a person who doesn’t really make any value of my work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is now my way to make every creation matter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Writing while at it<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

What I see is not exactly what another would view it. I know, because even for me, I have different views of my craft every time I look at it. I usually paint depending on the mood, the environment and the what position I look at it -a perspective, per se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is another reason for me to make sure that my work will be shared. To help me understand my art in another perspective. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recently, I have discovered another fun way to share – blogging. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blogging while posting my work. I want to remember why I made it, what is my motivation behind it, what was my situation at that time and what materials I have used. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Making it easy to Process<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

And I must say, this will not be a very easy task because spontaneity doesn’t work this way, and I have to figure out how all these plans of documenting will not get in its way. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m just grateful, I have now found a way to remind me of everything I am being an artist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
